Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use of the service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Terms govern all aspects of your interaction with the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service unless your local laws set a higher age requirement. By registering, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Any unauthorized use by minors is the responsibility of their parent or guardian. The service may request age verification at any time.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and secure. Any activity under your account is presumed to be by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not engage in any activity that violates laws, infringes on others’ rights, or disrupts service operations. Prohibited actions include spamming, hacking, or distributing harmful code. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User Content
Any text, images, or other materials you submit remain your property, subject to a license that permits the service to host and display that content. You represent that you own or control all rights to any content you submit. The service may remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable. You indemnify all claims arising from your content.
Paid Services & Fees
Some features require payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal via your account settings at any time. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period. All subscription charges are final and non-prorated.
Modifications & Updates
The service may update, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting user experience will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new functionality. No compensation is owed for modifications or discontinuation of features.
Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any reason related to operational needs. You will receive notice when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. You must delete any downloaded materials related to the service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software, design, and content of the service remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. You are granted only a limited, revocable license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator or court.
